Intensive Training Regimen

3rd Eye Security will conduct a security guard training program for all officers assigned to our client’s post. We take pride in offering top-notch training to our officers and supervisors. We are confident that this training will equip our officers to handle real-life situations at our client’s location. It is crucial to recruit individuals of the highest quality with a natural aptitude for the job, and equally important to enhance and polish those innate abilities through high-quality training.

Elevated Image Standards

It is essential for the security officers to project an image to the employees and visitors that aligns with our client's preferences while upholding a professional security demeanor. 3rd Eye Security recognizes the significance of the fact that the conduct and performance of our security officers will directly impact our clients.

Scope and Boundaries

While the duties and responsibilities of the security staff are broad, it's crucial to acknowledge the constraints on the jurisdiction and authority bestowed upon Security Officers. Security Officers do not possess the authority to make arrests. To avert legal complications and safeguard our client from embarrassment, Security Officers receive thorough training on jurisdictional parameters and the limits of their authority. 3rd Eye Security will emphasize that the primary role of the Security Officer is to observe, monitor, and report.

Effective Report Writing

This course instructs security officers on the proper documentation of all activities while stationed at a client's post. The emphasis is on thorough documentation of any incidents that may result in damage to property or compromise the safety of employees or the general public in the Daily Activity Report (DAR). Additional aspects covered in security officer training encompass report writing, administrative practices, and the preparation and submission of related documents

Wireless Communication Protocols

Recognizing the paramount importance of communication skills for security officers, 3rd Eye Security ensures comprehensive training in making clear and accurate radio transmissions in this course.

Conflict Resolution Training

This course is tailored to instruct officers on identifying and managing potentially volatile situations. It aids officers in cultivating the capability to discern behaviors that could lead to severe injury or property damage.

Equal Opportunity in Employment

All personnel decisions, encompassing recruitment, selection, promotion, and discipline, are executed without bias based on an individual's disabilities, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or veteran status.
